YOKOHAMA Completes Acquisition of Alliance Tire Group

Tokyo – The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced today that on 1^st July it completed the acquisition of the Alliance Tire Group B.V. (ATG). YOKOHAMA first announced the agreement to acquire ATG on 25^th March 2016.

ATG will be included in YOKOHAMA’s consolidated accounts from the third quarter of fiscal year 2016 (ending December 31, 2016), and the expected impact on the Company’s full-year consolidated financial statements will be announced as soon as possible.
