This competition is open only to legal residents in Europe who are at least 18 Years of age.
The YOKOHAMA “Champions competition” Sweepstake (“Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents in Europe with a minimum age of 18 years. Employees, officers and directors of YOKOHAMA Europe GmbH. (“Sponsor”), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and entities involved in the design and implementation of the Sweepstake and the immediate family members or members of same household of such individuals are not eligible. "Immediate family" means parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
Sweepstake begins on January 26th 2018 at 08:00 AM CET and ends on February 2nd 2018 12:00 PM CET (“Sweepstake Period”).
How To Enter
Between 26th January 2018 at 08:00 AM CET and ends on 2nd February 2018 12:00 PM CET visit http://www.yokohama-online.com/football/win (the “Website”) and follow the instructions shown and reply to the questions. Complete the entry form to register your entry. Registration for the sweepstake is free. All entries must be received by 2nd February 2018 12:00 PM CET to be eligible. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per email address for the duration of the Entry Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than (1) entry for the entire Sweepstakes Period by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will make that participant’s entries void and will be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor.
Draw
Eligible and Correct entries will be entered into a draw and a random winner selected. The draw will be conducted on or about 2nd February 2018. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received.
Prizes
There will be 2 prizes each consisting of 2x General Admission tickets, within the Home Stands (Chelsea supporters) – not visitors section, to the Chelsea FC v FC Barcelona Champions League match on the 20th February 2018, at Stamford Bridge, London, Return flights, B&B accommodation based on a double room for double occupancy and return transfers from airport to hotel.
Notification
Only potential prize winners will be notified by e-mail on 2nd February 2018 and will be required to confirm it by 5th February at the latest. Failure by a potential prize winner to timely return the confirmation will cause the prize to be forfeited and may be awarded to a randomly selected alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.
Prize Restrictions
There will be no cash or other prize substitution in whole or in part except by Sponsor at its sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason for price of comparable value. No prize transfers. Taxes on prize (if any) and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of prize and not specified in these Official Rules (including wireless internet access charges) are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Limit (1) prize per family, household or address.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Sweepstakes Entities”) from and against any and all liability, injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind, including personal injury and/or death or property damage, sustained in connection with his/her participation in this Promotion, or from his/her receipt, possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize, or for any error in the announcement of any prize; (c) that the foregoing Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guaranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize; and (d) if a winner, by accepting a prize, upon request in writing and consent given by the winner, to the use (except where prohibited by law) of his/her name, photograph and/or likeness by Sponsor or any party authorized by Sponsor for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in all media without review or additional compensation.
Liability Limitations
Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials and in the event of any inconsistency between Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control, (b) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or any human error which may occur in the collection and processing of entries; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; or (d) lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs, technical difficulties, suspected or actual electronic tampering, or other causes corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or suspension prize winners will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by Sponsor (as appropriate) or otherwise in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to have been submitted fraudulently or in contravention of these Official Rules. If an entry is deemed to have been erroneously deleted, Sweepstakes Entities’ liability shall be limited to replacement with another entry in the random drawing, if feasible; if not feasible, Sweepstakes Entities shall have no liability whatsoever. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute the waiver of such provision. Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
